Return
Policy
1.1 If product(s) was/were found faulty after purchasing,
You (i.e. the Customer) are entitled to request for replacement of the purchased
product(s) (for the same model, colour and size of the product) (Designated products/Personal hygienic products/Products being unsealed/Products being activated to use are not applicable). Please contact
us via email or phone within 7 days from the date of receiving product(s). We
shall arrange the replacement as soon as possible.
1.2 You
have to bring your purchased product(s) to our shop for replacement.
1.3 Any product(s) can only be returned and replaced
once. If the replacement product(s) are out of stock, we have rights to have
two weeks of lead time for replacement. If no replacement is available, you may
exchange other available products of the same dollar value as at the date of
purchase of the product(s).
1.4 The returned products must be without any
physical damage and/or scratch, all the materials including full product
packaging, accessories, sales invoice and unfilled warranty card (if included
in package) must be returned, as the same condition as you just received it.
The serial numbers on the returned products must be the same as those on
invoice.
1.5 The return policy shall not be applicable for
(a) Products sold under special
offers and/or specially discounted products
(b) Product(s) broken, damaged
or become defective because of improper us
(c) Accessories
(d) Product(s) without our sales
invoices or unfilled warranty card (if included in package)
(e) Registered software(s)
(f) Products with physical
damage and/or scratches
(g) Product that has been
registered under warranty
(h) Product(s) which authorized HK
distributors follow up return and maintenance service by themselves
(i) Disposable product(s) like cosmetics
and skincare product(s).
1.6 If
the product(s) returned is/are incomplete or the date of return exceeded 7 days
after receiving the product(s), it would be treated as unacceptable returns.
1.7 WiseMart
reserved the right of whether return the product or not. In case of any
dispute, WiseMarts’ determination shall be final.
II. Refund Policy
2.1 Under any
circumstances product(s) are not refundable or exchangeable. Sold price on
purchase order is final. In case of untimed price adjustment or promotional
offer, refund of price difference is not refundable under any circumstances.
2.2 If you have made a mistake payment, the excess amount of money can only be used on next purchase. If customers insist on refund, an administration fee of HKD50 will be charged each time. You should check the amount carefully before they transfer.
2.3 WiseMart has clearly stated all related and necessary terms of order and delivery for members. Members should also have read and agree to this "Shopping Guides" before checkout. Under any circumstances WiseMart shall not be liable for any responsibility or compensation to any misunderstandings of contents by members (included but not limited to shopping procedures/payment/delivery procedures/delivery charges members must pay) It cannot be used as reason for return of products or refund.
III. Pre-orders/Backorders
3.1 You may be required to pay deposit(s) for the pre-orders or
backorders. Such deposit(s) are not transferable for the purchase of other
products or models. We will inform you via email once ordered item(s) is
available. The deposit shall be forfeited if you cannot complete transaction
within 30 days from the date of arrival of ordered item(s). If the product is
out of stock, deposit shall be refunded to you without interest. Otherwise, the
deposit is not refundable.
IV. Warranty Terms
4.1 Details of the warranty refer to the official information of the
manufacturers or distributors. WiseMart would try our best to keep the warranty
information accurate but shall not be liable for any loss incurred or suffered
by misrepresentation of warranty terms.
